This app offers users a wealth of features, encompassing home fitness, Pilates, workouts, meal planning, and mindfulness, all of which require a valid subscription. Users must pay for access to exclusive features tailored to streamline their fitness and weight loss experiences.
Subscription payments for access to workout sessions, dietary guidance, and mindfulness resources will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Accounts will be charged at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in the app's settings.

How to weigh products?
The weight of the product is given before thermal treatment, e.g. dry pasta (before cooking), dry rice (before cooking) 🍝.
In the case of fruit, vegetables, or products in marinade, the meal plan only includes the weight of the edible parts — e.g. banana without peel, beans drained from the marinade 🫘🍌.
However, on the shopping list, you’ll also find the gross weight of the product (including inedible parts like peel, seed, etc.), which helps make shopping easier 🛒.
What's involved in a diet compatible with GLP-1?
If you're using GLP-1 receptor agonists (like semaglutide or liraglutide) to manage obesity or type 2 diabetes, pairing your medication with a structured diet can significantly enhance your weight loss and overall health outcomes. These medications are highly effective at reducing appetite and slowing gastric emptying, but it's essential to follow a diet that supports your nutritional needs while promoting healthy weight loss.

What types of diets can I find in the app?

The standard meal plan contains all the nutrients to ensure a tasty and well-balanced diet. The protein comes mainly from meat, fish, dairy products and eggs. We also include legumes and nuts.
Vegetarian (Vital Veggie) 🥑 🧀 🥜 🥚
Want to exclude meat from your diet? No problem. The sources of protein in vegetarian meals are: eggs, dairy, tofu, legumes, groats, pasta, wholemeal bread, nuts. You will not find fish and seafood in vegetarian's menu.
Plant-Based (Plant-Powered Thrive) 🥦 🥜 🌱 🥕
The Plant-Based nutrition plan removes animal products for your daily intake (meat, fish, seafood, eggs, dairy). Sources of protein in your diet will come from legumes, tofu, seitan, nuts, seed, and plant-based drinks. Your meals will also be enriched with vegan protein to provide your body with all the necessary nutrients.
