This upgraded app allows you to register for Qwintry, a service facilitating product deliveries from the United States. Once you create an account, you'll receive a complimentary virtual address where you can have items shipped from US online retailers. Take advantage of great offers, consolidate parcels from various merchants into one shipment, and Qwintry will send everything directly to your location.
The app features a brand new interface, making it easy to navigate its features and manage packages on a single screen. Loading speed has been significantly improved. This optimization allows for quick switching between different sections, ensuring a seamless user experience.
How it works
Registration
Register on our web-site or through the mobile app. Through your account you will be able to manage your parcels and get access to your personal delivery address in the US.
You can use these addresses for deliveries from foreign online stores. Your personal account will have all the info about the purchases you made and the deliveries arranged.
Making a purchase
Choose items from American online-stores and get them delivered to you through Qwintry using our service’s address. After the payment is finalized all you need to do is to wait for a parcel to arrive to our warehouse. All online-stores provide approximate delivery dates and a tracking number.
== If you don’t feel confident using foreign online stores you can use our «Shopping Help» service. All you need is to send a link to us and replenish the balance in your personal Qwintry account. Our staff will take care of everything and get your order through to you.
== Important: Before making a purchase make sure that the item you choose is not prohibited in your country.
Processing the delivery
As soon as the items you ordered arrive to our warehouse, you will be able to request them to be delivered to you individually or combine a few orders into one shipment.
== Fill out the declaration form and choose the most suitable delivery option. In the comments section you can request a special packaging if needed. Items under 3 kg that are not fragile usually get sent in plastic bags. If it is important we send your items boxed, please state it clearly in the comments section as well. Read more about packaging.
== We also can check if the item you ordered is in working order, matches the seller’s description, take measurements or a picture for you. Such special requests should be made before you create your order to be shipped.
== Once it’s all ready for shipping, you will receive an invoice from us. All that is left to do — to top up your personal account so the shipping to your city is covered, and the package will be on its way. You will also get an option to insure your parcel. That’s it! Enjoy your items!
Receiving your items
Choose the most convenient delivery option from: postal office or straight to your door by a courier. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse you will see a tracking number in your account. You will also receive notifications through our mobile app on the parcel’s whereabouts.
== Important: After receiving the parcel, make a video of unboxing; it might be crucial in settling insurance claims. To receive a discount coupon for your next experience with us, all you need to do is to leave feedback telling us how and in what condition you received your parcel.

Perhaps this is not the cheapest way but this solution helps us to be more flexible in business process, and by all means it is more secure.

Qwintry will deliver your parcels to any city in USA from the US, even to the most remote location.

If you want to shop in the US but the online stores only deliver within the country, you can use a mail-forwarding service like Qwintry to ship your purchases to USA. You can consolidate orders from different stores and ship them together, which can save you money on shipping fees.
4.How to place an order at the US online store that does not accept foreign cards?
Our Shopping help service is here to save! You tell our operators what kind of items you want, send them the links, they purchase them and fill out a declaration for you. All you need to do is create a shipping order with your home address.
5.How can I check my purchases before shipping them to USA?
You can create a special request in your account, and our warehouse operators will check the size or quality of items, or even make special secure packaging for fragile items if necessary.

When purchasing goods with a Delaware address, certain items can be purchased without paying sales tax including clothing, footwear, electronics, household appliances, furniture, and many other consumer goods.
7.What are the terms on promotions to use the Shopping Help service for free?
Promotions for a free Shopping Help service can be used at the stores that send parcels directly to our warehouses, as well as the ones that only ship to a personal address. It’s almost impossible to purchase goods in the latter on your own. The Shopping Help service fee in both cases is zero. But for a private address delivery option, the usual delivery charge of 10 dollars for shipping to Qwintry warehouse is applied.
8.How to pay for the order?
To pay for our services, we strongly recommend using only your own bank cards. Otherwise, if you use someone else’s cards, we will be forced to request a package of documents to confirm the legality of using it. Payments can be made by personal VISA, MasterCard, or Apple Pay and Google Pay systems directly on Qwintry website. Additional commission fee is 2.9% + 30 cents. Payment is processed instantly.
