What is Primeira Mesa?

We are a startup specialized in arranging specific times and days, chosen by partner restaurants! Our goal is to provide great dining experiences, without lines, with the kitchen and service at your disposal! To do so, you will have to make a reservation on our App or website www.primiramesa.com.br, in which you will commit to arriving at the stipulated time and following rules, which will guarantee you and your guests the right to eat, with a 50% discount.

How do I make a reservation?

Open the app or access the website and make a reservation by paying a fee of R$ 18.00, to reserve a table for 2, 4 or 6* people (over 5 years old) to eat with a 50% discount. *6 people subject to restaurant availability. ATTENTION: The tolerance for delays is 30 minutes, for all members of the table, and after this period Primeira Mesa will not allow the restaurant to grant the discount benefit.

What is NOT included in the 50% discount?

The waiter's service fee is NOT included in the discount. Drinks are NOT included in the discount. Pre-existing promotional activities at restaurants are NOT included in the discount. Executive, seasonal menus, such as festivals, are NOT included in the discount.

What are the payment methods for the reservation fee?

When are tables available for reservations?

Our calendar always makes tables available for 7 consecutive days. The next date on the calendar, and with it the times available to reserve tables, opens at 00:00 at night. Example: on Mondays at 00:00 the tables for the next Monday open. Example: on Tuesdays at 00:00 the tables for the next Tuesday open, and so on.

I made a reservation and I can't find the receipt. What do I do?

On the APP: In the top left corner, under MENU > select MY RESERVATIONS > tap the UPDATE SYMBOL in the top right corner of the screen. On the Website: Go to www.primeiramesa.com.br > in the top right corner > select your NAME > MY RESERVATIONS > UPDATE the page (F5 on a computer, or by pulling the screen down with your finger if you are on a cell phone). For all reservations made, you will receive the receipt in the email registered with us. Simply open the email and select “GET COUPON” This reservation receipt must be presented to the restaurant upon arrival and can be done from your cell phone, without the need to print it.

Can I reserve a table for a certain number of people and have more people attend?

No. The number of people at the table must always respect the number of people for whom the reservation was made and, if this rule is not respected, Primeira Mesa will not allow the restaurant to grant the discount. Check on the restaurant's website to see if it allows you to join tables. If so, make more than one reservation for the same day and time to ensure that all participants receive the benefit.

Can I edit my reservation to increase or decrease the number of people at the table?

Yes. By going to the 'my reservations' tab and selecting the chosen reservation, you can change the number of participants and the reservation date.

What happens if one of the participants at the table arrives late?

The 50% discount is valid for the date and time of your reservation, with a maximum tolerance of 30 minutes of delay for all participants at the table. <br><br>After this tolerance, you are welcome in the restaurant, but you lose the right to the discount benefit. <br><br>In cases of delay, Primeira Mesa does not allow the restaurant to grant the discount.

Can I arrive before the reservation time?

No. When choosing the arrival time for reservations, the restaurant considered internal information, such as the number of available tables, the restaurant's normal traffic, waiting time in the kitchen and the number of waiters available at that time. Arriving before the scheduled time may compromise the logistics and organization that ensure the quality of service. <br><br>Please arrive within the time stipulated by the restaurant.

If I make a reservation and there are fewer people, do I lose the benefit?

No. You do not lose the discount if there are fewer people than the number reserved. <br><br>What can NEVER happen is that there are more people than the number reserved. In this case, Primeira Mesa does not allow the restaurant to grant the discount.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Reservations can be canceled in 3 ways: <br><br>Through the APP: In the upper left corner, in Menu > select My Reservations > choose the reservation to be canceled > select CANCEL RESERVATION. <br><br>On the Website: Go to www.primiramesa.com.br > in the upper right corner > select your name > My Reservations > choose the reservation to be cancelled > Select CANCEL RESERVATION. <br><br>By e-mail: Look for the reservation confirmation e-mail > open the e-mail > select GET COUPON > select CANCEL RESERVATION
