    This app is fantastic! The timed intervals are perfect. You can customize them to fit your needs. Right now, I’m using the free version and thinking about buying it. If only the play and pause buttons were bigger. I don’t wear my glasses while practicing because they’re uncomfortable. If those buttons stood out more, that would be amazing!

    I love my favorite breathing app. It has been incredibly helpful. One thing I wish for is the option to set the fixed time beyond 99 seconds. This would really enhance my Wim Hof Method practice. Another idea is to add a feature that allows for "Hold until button press" in custom sessions. That would make testing so much easier. Overall, the app is fantastic. I recommend it to anyone interested. The line visualization works so much better for me than breathing bubbles.
