    Everything went smoothly right after installation. Now, it just doesn’t function anymore. The app version is 2.4.8.78, and I'm using a Pixel 2 XL. I decided to uninstall it.

    You just want to use the pitch gauge. It’s frustrating when the app asks for access to your camera for something that should be simple. You're already balancing on a roof or ladder, trying to get a pitch reading. Instead of jumping straight into the gauge, the app throws up multiple pop-ups for features you don’t need. You have to sift through those distractions first. Then, when you finally find the pitch gauge, it insists on using your camera before letting you proceed. It makes everything more complicated at an inconvenient time.

    I've been using the app for a few years now, but ever since that recent update two weeks ago, it has become completely unusable. Ads pop up constantly, taking over the screen. The camera feature, which I found super useful, crashes every single time I try to take a picture of a roofline with the pitch overlay. Now, I’m browsing Google Play, searching for something else because they really ruined this app. A paid version for two or three dollars would have been fine, but this many ads? It’s just too much.

    The app needs an update to match its iOS features. On iOS, you can measure roofs indoors, making it a complete tool. However, on Android, it only shows the pitch. An upgrade would make it more versatile and useful.

    I relied on this app for my chimney work until the update messed things up. I deleted it because of all the unnecessary calculators and features. All I need is roof pitch measurement, nothing more. Searching for another app hasn't worked out, so I returned. I’ll have to deal with the clutter for now. Paying to remove ads would be a welcome option for me.

    The pitch gauge functions well for taking measurements, but it struggles when capturing the image. I took eight measurements in total. Four of them matched previous readings exactly. So, all eight ended up being the same. The gauge itself worked fine, but the photo feature failed miserably. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this product.

    The Galaxy S3, S4, Droid RZR MAXX, and Note 3 all run this app perfectly. It’s an excellent tool with fantastic support. As a guitar coach, I find it surprisingly accurate for calculations and pitch detection when used correctly. The support team resolves any issues quickly, and the reviews speak for themselves. I started using this app when it first launched and had my doubts at first. The team worked hard to fix bugs and kept in touch, so I decided to stick with it. Now, it’s become an irreplaceable tool in my routine. I use it at least three times a week! 😊
