How do I cancel and refund a sale via PIX or credit card?

Single Purchase Cancellation

♦ The consumer can request to cancel the purchase within the warranty period, which is defined by the Producer when configuring the product.

♦ The platform allows unconditional warranty periods of 7, 15, or 30 days. You choose the product when configuring your product.

♦ Cancellation only generates a refund if a refund is processed. Simply canceling the transaction does not refund the amount to the customer.

👉Access the Sales > Report tab.

👉Search for the transaction by: Sales code; Consumer email; Consumer CPF; Other filters available

👉Locate the sale and click Refund/Cancel.

Just click view to open it and see all the details at the bottom of the refund button page.

A new box will open to confirm the refund. Finally, you'll see a message confirming the successful sale cancellation. You'll have up to 24 business hours to complete the process on the gateway.
