About this app

The Pension Fund’s mobile application offers a user-friendly way to access electronic services related to pension management.

This application includes:

• Mobile access to the Pension Fund's electronic services.

• A platform for all employees (insured individuals) to view information stored in their electronic social insurance account, including questionnaire details, salary information, and the duration of insurance coverage.

• Protection of insured individuals' rights by overseeing premium payments made by policyholders.

• Access for pensioners to their e-pension records.

• Online availability of the Electronic Disability Sheet Register.

• Enhanced service delivery quality.

The Pension Fund mobile application strives to facilitate communication with the Pension Fund in an efficient manner.

Key features:

• For Insured Persons: the ability to review data from the Insured Persons Register, which includes employer-submitted information about wages and premiums paid, as well as accrued insurance experience.

• For retirees: access to information from the E-Pension system.

• Applicable to everyone: tracking the status of submitted appeals to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, examining attached documents, verifying personal electronic office-generated certificates, and receiving updates from the Pension Fund.

Upcoming features include:

• Simplified applications for pensions (ePension);

• Updates to information parameters;

• Recording admissions;

• Reviewing e-mails regarding the disability status of insured persons;

• Submitting inquiries regarding disability insurer emails;

• Consent for the registration of disability emails on behalf of insurers.

User requirements for utilization include:

- A Qualified Electronic Signature Key (previously known as EDS) for full functionality; or

- Pre-registration on the PFU Web Portal through a web browser, where user information will be represented anonymously.

A trial version of the mobile application is available for users.

The Pension Fund clarified whether the length of service is credited if the contribution is paid on the last day of the month.

If the insurance contribution for the payment of the unified social tax was received by the Pension Fund account on the same day as it was paid - even if it is the last day of the month - the insurance period will be credited for the corresponding month.

According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, in accordance with Article 12 of the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance", the month of payment is considered to be the one when the funds actually arrived at the PFU account. If the payment was made on the last day of the month, but the money arrived at the fund account the next day - that is, on the first day of the new month - the length of service will be credited only for the following calendar month.

Payment data is recorded in the personalized accounting database automatically at the time of crediting the funds. After that, a corresponding message appears in the insured person's personal account on the Pension Fund portal.
