Paul Bassett Crown Order - Order food & drink

Introduction

This is the official ordering application for Paul Bassett, operated by M's Seed.

Paul Bassett Crown Order is the official pre-order and membership app for the Paul Bassett coffee brand. Customers can conveniently order beverages, food, or beans without waiting in line, and a quick-order option makes reordering favorites seamless. 

Member and non-member services

Members of the Paul Bassett Society have access to the Crown Order service, allowing them to order a variety of items, including beverages, food, and coffee beans, without face-to-face interaction. Non-members can browse the menu in the app and, upon registering as members, can conveniently pay by linking and charging their Paul Bassett Society card. Additionally, the app features a service for gifting mobile gift certificates and electronic cards from Paul Bassett.

Functions

- Home: The home screen includes a welcoming greeting card, a news section with updates, and a quick order option for fast purchases.

- Prepaid Card: Users can register and manage their Paul Bassett Society Card and e-Card, enabling direct payments using QR codes.

- Ordering: Members can easily place orders non-face-to-face using the Crown Order feature.

Paul Bassett Society members can order an array of products, from drinks to food and coffee beans, while checking real-time availability and quantities at different locations, allowing for swift and simple ordering.

- Gifting: E-Cards and mobile gift certificates are available for online purchase, eliminating the need to visit a physical store.

- Membership: You can view details about your Paul Bassett Society membership level, crown accumulation, usage, and benefits associated with each level.

- New menu introduction: Discover a variety of newly launched menus from Paul Bassett.

- Coupon: You can register various coupons and mobile gift certificates, and monitor their usage and history for both online and in-store transactions.

- Whole cake reservation: Easily reserve a whole cake from Paul Bassett through the app and arrange for store pickup.

- Order History / Electronic Receipt: Review payment details at Paul Bassett and download electronic receipts.

- Store selection: Search for nearby stores and locate your desired shop.

- e-Stamp: Check the issuance and accumulation of e-Stamps as rewards that vary by season.

--With the Paul Bassett Society mobile app, you can recharge your card, register your card, and check your usage history.

Crown Order Guide

--Crown Order is a new mobile ordering method that allows you to conveniently order Paul Bassett menu items via mobile.

--You can send your order to the store from within 5km of the store or within the store.

--Since credit cards and simple payment are accepted, even non-Paul Bassett members (Welcome Members) can use Crown Order.

--Crown Orders can be placed from the store's opening hours until 30 minutes before closing.

--Crown Order Cancellation/Refund

Mobile orders are prepared immediately upon order approval, so changes or cancellations are not possible after payment and order submission.

However, if your order is rejected due to circumstances at the store during payment or ordering, you will receive a push notification informing you of the failure to accept your order, and your payment will be automatically cancelled.

Mobile App Usage Guide

GIFT ITEM

This gift voucher is issued through the "Gift" feature of the Paul Bassett App,

allowing the recipient to exchange it for a menu item at any Paul Bassett location. Following the launch of the giftable e-Card, this is Paul Bassett's gift service.

User Guide

--The gift item can be exchanged for a menu item at any Paul Bassett location or through Crown Order.

--If a menu item is discontinued, it can be exchanged for a menu item of the same value.

--You can also purchase a menu item of a higher value (up to an additional fee).

--Gift items sent through the "Gift" feature are sent via MMS to your mobile phone.

--Received gift items can be used immediately at the store. You can also save the gift item to your Inbox by logging in to your Paul Bassett mobile app account and entering the 16-digit gift item code.

Expiration Date

--Gift items are valid for 93 days from the purchase date. Unused gift items can be extended before their expiration date.

--The maximum number of extensions is limited to three. If the expiration date has expired,extension is not possible.

Cancellation/Refund Information

--Gift items can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase.

--Cancellation is only possible if the gift item is still usable.

--If the expiration date has expired, refund requests can only be made within 5 years, and only to the final owner of the gift item.

90% of the payment amount will be refunded to the designated account.

--If the gift item has been registered on the mobile app, you can request a refund by going to Gift > Gift Details > Request a Refund.

--If the gift item has not been registered on the app, you can request a refund by calling 1899-8829.

Refunds take 1-2 weeks to process.

The app remains usable without granting certain permissions; however, some functionalities may be limited.

Whole Cake Reservation Information

--We offer a service that allows you to pre-order delicious whole cakes through Paul Bassett stores or the Paul Bassett mobile app.

--You can reserve a whole cake by specifying the pick-up date and store.

--Reservation availability may vary during public holidays and special holidays.

--When picking up your whole cake, you must present the issued voucher at the designated store.

Whole Cake Reservation Change/Cancellation/Refund Policy

--Changes and cancellations to whole cake reservations can be made up to the day after the payment date.

--Whole cakes spoil after 24 hours, so you must pick them up within the store's operating hours on the day of your reservation.

--Reserved whole cakes will be stored at the designated store until the store's closing time on the day of your reservation and then discarded. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after discarding the cake.

--Operating hours may vary by store, so please check the operating hours of the store you reserved.

--However, notwithstanding the above provisions, if the whole cake provided is significantly different from the pre-ordered whole cake,

--or if a clear defect is found upon receipt, such as spoilage, damage, or non-delivery,you may request a refund from the relevant store.
