Partenamut is an app from the Belgian mutual insurance group Partenamut Mutualité Libre, enabling members to manage health insurance tasks from their phone. FAQs

--What does it mean to be excluded from supplementary insurance or optional insurance?

If you have not paid your Partenamut Advantages contribution for at least 24 months, you as the policyholder and your dependents will be excluded from supplementary insurance.

Your exclusion from supplementary insurance, and therefore from Partenamut Advantages, does not allow you to join or remain affiliated with Hospitalia, Dentalia Up or Medicalia, even if you are up to date with your payments for these insurances and even if you change mutual insurance companies. This means that these insurances will be terminated and you will no longer benefit from their coverage.

You lose your right to reimbursements of our Benefits

This means that you will no longer benefit from the Partenamut Advantages. For example, you will no longer be entitled to additional reimbursements of €75 when purchasing glasses or lenses (once every 2 years), €50 per year for registering for a sports club, up to €125 per year per child for their courses or camps, up to €320 per year for sessions with a psychologist, etc.

You will have to wait 24 months to benefit from the Partenamut Advantages again

If you wish to benefit from Partenamut Benefits again after this exclusion, you will first have to complete a 24-month waiting period. This means that you will have to pay your contribution during this waiting period WITHOUT being able to benefit from any of our Benefits and their reimbursements.

--How can I regularize my situation and avoid the risk of exclusion?

As soon as your payment delay reaches at least 24 months, you will be excluded from supplementary insurance, and therefore from Partenamut Advantages. 

Therefore, settle your arrears of contributions for these Partenamut Advantages as soon as possible, and take into account the delay between the moment you make the payment and the moment the money will actually arrive in our bank account. If, for example, the unpaid amounts must be settled by December 31, make your payment before December 20 to anticipate the traditional days when banks are closed at the end of the year.

--Where can I find the amount due and banking information to make my payment?

The amount of contributions due, our account number and structured communication: all the information you need to make your payment is mentioned on the latest invoice for your Partenamut Benefits. You received this invoice by post or in the e-Box of your My Partenamut online counter .

--What should I do if my arrears file is being handled by the EOS Contentia collection agency?

EOS Contentia is now your sole point of contact for settling your debt. This means you should contact them to settle your arrears on your Avantages Partenamut contributions.

You can contact them at +32 56 39 17 45 or by email at mail@eos-contentia.be . You can also consult the details of your file via the client area of their website using your personal access code mentioned in the letters from EOS Contentia (at the top of these letters).

    The "it's me" login feature has some issues right now. The automatic login with fingerprint stopped working because of recent updates. These changes affected how the system recognizes your fingerprint. Users are experiencing trouble accessing their accounts quickly like before. It's frustrating, but developers are likely working to fix these problems.
