    This app is unreliable. Redeeming rewards has never worked for me. I either get an error message or nothing happens when I try to add a reward. It's infuriating. Every time I visit the storefront for my pizza, employees say they can’t help with the app. That lack of support adds to my frustration. My rewards feel completely useless.

    The food usually hits the spot, but the app? Absolutely awful. I could be having a fantastic day, and then this app ruins everything. Whenever I press a button, it takes forever to respond, way more than 20 seconds. Sometimes it doesn't even register at all. Closing out of the app is a nightmare too. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it every single time I order a pizza. And honestly, without those deals, the pizza isn't worth the price at all. Just trying to place an order drained 19% of my phone battery!
