Panda Express - Order & track delivery

Hey, I really like this app, but there's been this issue for a while now. See, there isn't an option to choose chopsticks instead of a fork when you're placing your order. Sometimes we just prefer using chopsticks, right? Although I try to leave a note in the special request section, it seems to disappear sometimes. And even if it's there, maybe the restaurant misses it because I often end up having to double-check my bag and then go back to the counter to grab some chopsticks. Also, another thing was when I couldn't select brown rice on the app, but when I went to collect my order in person, they actually had brown rice available.

So, like, this app I use sometimes is acting all wonky. It's like not letting me order for today, what's up with that? Then when I try to pick a time to grab my stuff, it's capping out at 40 minutes from now, like what even? And then, get this, it was bugging out thinking my Internet was on the fritz when it totally wasn't! I had to restart the app just to finish paying, ugh. They seriously need to sort out all these bugs ASAP or else we'll just have to resort to old-school phone orders, you know what I mean?

Yesterday, I used an app to order food for the first time. The food was delicious and arrived earlier than expected, which was nice. However, some items were missing from our order. We took pictures and tried to report the issue through the app, but couldn't find where to do so. Eventually, I visited their website and filled out a contact form. They offered a coupon for a free appetizer or small entree, which was alright. But the catch was that it could only be redeemed in-store, while I use delivery services because I can't go to the store.

Starting an order is difficult. When I select delivery or pick-up, the app immediately requests plate or bowl without letting me choose entrees first. Then it jumps straight to sides, making it seem like I skipped selecting entrees. Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this error as there are no navigation options available. I attempted uninstalling the app, clearing cache and data, but the issue persists. I also tried reaching out to the developer's email listed in the Play Store, but received no response. It's frustrating!

Whenever I go to this place, I always end up waiting for more than an hour to get my food despite selecting mobile pickup to save time. I stand in the restaurant, but no one even looks at me. The customer service is really bad, and often the food is just ok. Sometimes it's even cold when I live so close by.
