So, I've been having some trouble with this app. Sometimes it freezes up completely or just won't open at all. It's super frustrating because I rely on using it every day. I've tried clearing the cache and everything, but nothing seems to help. It would be great if the developers could update the app to address these issues, especially since it seems like others are experiencing the same problems. Also, the new layout is not as user-friendly as the old one. We used to love getting a list of monthly readings, but now it's either missing or nearly impossible to find. The whole setup just feels pretty disappointing...

So, there's this app that I've been using for quite some time now. Recently, after the latest update on February 26, 2021, I haven't been able to get it going again. It's been acting up for a while actually. First, it was struggling to load properly, then getting all messy with the language settings, and even having trouble showing its graphics as it should. But today, when I tried to open it up, nothing happened at all. It just wouldn't start. Do you think there's anything that can be done to make this app run smoothly again? Today, on 26th February 2021, I couldn't open my app for daily reading. When I tapped on the app icon, it took me to the opening page but then quickly returned to my phone's home screen, which is a Honor 8X. I checked Google Play to see if there was an update needed, but there wasn't any. Fast forward to 27th February 2021, after writing my previous review, I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the app. The interface got updated in the process, and now everything works perfectly. There was a recent update to their visual design, now only showing a narrow view in the center. This means you have to scroll through what used to be visible all at once. Sometimes the scriptures don't show up, and there are no options to adjust the layout in the settings. Clicking on the READ button doesn't work properly. I would rate the new design with no stars, but I'll give it 3 stars due to the good service provided to readers. I'm questioning whether I should continue supporting them.

I had to remove the old version of the app that I've been using for a long time because it stopped working on my Samsung device. Every time I tried to open it, all I got was a black screen with nothing on it. So, I downloaded the new version but to my surprise, I faced the same issue - just a black screen and then back to my home screen. ODB, in its written or digital form, has been with me every day since my wife passed away 16 years ago. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I really need it fixed.

I really enjoy using this daily devotional app. It's truly the best I've come across. I've been reading it regularly since I first discovered the printed version back in the 90s. I hope they consider adding a feature for continuous audio playback with themes and dates in the near future. Also, thanks for fixing the crashing issue that was mentioned earlier.
