If you want to change your weight, a big part of the success is doing the regular measurements. You become aware of your body and it will change the value you give to your healthy diet and exercise.

We encourage you to explore your current and desired weight in connection to BMI with your doctor or trainer. They will include more elements into the calculation – like muscle mass, bone density, or your health status (e.g. pregnancy). How to set your goal?

Consider setting a smaller achievable goal, which can be accomplished and adjusted again. When you become aware of your food and lifestyle, the first thing you should do is to make sure you are getting enough water. It is not enough not to be thirsty – every person needs a different amount of water for optimal functioning. This depends mostly on your weight and metabolism.

    This app is fantastic. I explored various food trackers and then found this one, made by the creators of my favorite mood app. It's user-friendly and simple to navigate. Setting alerts is a breeze. Tracking exercise and symptoms really aids in making better food choices. The colors and icons are vibrant and inviting, creating a friendly atmosphere instead of harsh judgment. It inspires a desire for healthy eating and regular workouts. With multiple tracking options available, there truly is something for everyone. I decided to pay for it, as it feels fairly priced.

    I have been a Daylio user since 2015, so discovering this new app filled me with excitement. The features already included are fantastic. I remember when photos became an option on Daylio; it took some time, but I hope they make their way here too.     I keep an eye on my food for GI issues. I look for an app that lets me enter each specific food item, not just categories. Different ingredients impact me in various ways. I also deal with an eating disorder. Seeing a prompt for my weight every time I add something really bothers me. It may seem minor, but it makes the app unhelpful for me. I believe the app has its strengths, but it doesn’t work for IBS tracking or anyone who wants to avoid seeing a weight button daily.

    Another fan of Daylio! The interface here feels different. Took a little bit to get my bearings. I truly appreciate how customizable and visual both apps are. The goal was to stay mindful of my food choices without getting too caught up in the specifics. Really hoping they consider removing that bright pink weight button above the daily summary button. You can delete weight entries, but the button remains. Not ideal for those dealing with anxiety or recovering from an eating disorder.
