Extremely unstable and crashes all the time

The NRK Radio app allows you to easily listen to all of NRK's podcasts, live channels, and recordings of radio programs. Listen to our recommended podcasts, browse the categories, or find what you want to hear by searching. The app remembers what you have listened to across all your devices, and you can easily skip to the episodes you want to hear. You can download podcasts to listen offline and mark your favorite series.

In the app, you can also listen to live radio and rewind up to 3 hours in NRK P1, NRK P2, NRK P3, NRK mP3, NRK Alltid Nyheter, NRK Radio Super, NRK Klassisk, NRK Sápmi, NRK Jazz, NRK Folkemusikk, NRK Urørt, NRK P3X, as well as all of NRK's regional broadcasts.

One hour of normal listening involves downloading approximately 60MB - 90MB. The same applies to downloading podcasts. It buffers up to 15 minutes when listening live (approximately 15MB - 22.5MB).

Oh no, lost a star because you need to create an account to download offline. Time to uninstall the app. Also, when you've watched say 1 out of 3 episodes of a documentary, there's no next episode or back button in sight. Only an 'all episodes' button that shows everything, not just the ones you've started. You'd have to search for the documentary again.

I am really happy that NRK has released this app. It is really useful for me to practice listening while I am learning Norwegian. However, there are many frustrating crashes happening. Right now, I am using a Sony Xperia Z.

Removing the public RSS feed for a public entity is just absurd. NRK is more restricted than private entities. They justify their decision by saying "Apple and Spotify do the same thing," but none of the podcasts I listen to have closed off their RSS feeds - they just offer a separate feed for paying subscribers. The reason I want an RSS feed is because the NRK radio app has poor functionality compared to other good and well-thought-out podcast readers. I am open to hearing more suggestions from you if you are willing to discuss further.
