That app was terrible. I had it for two years, and during that time, the service was really poor. The game would freeze often, and most of the time, I couldn't even watch the game I wanted. Even with premium, they wouldn't let me watch the game I picked, whether on TV or my phone. I will never use that service again. It's better to try Paramount Plus instead.

I used the app for two years with no issues until this year. In the first week, it was fine, but in the second week, the Red Zone didn't work. Then, on Thursday night of the third week, when I tried to log in, it kept asking me to reauthenticate and wouldn't let me into the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and cookies, and even force-stopping it, but nothing worked. I bought the Red Zone through my cable provider so I could stream it on my other phone using the app because I'm not home on Thursdays and Sundays. But now, suddenly, I can't watch the football games I want to see.

You know, I tried to get into this app but it just wouldn't let me in. So, I uninstalled the app four times and it's still the same issue. They really need to fix this bug. I even sent them an email, but they couldn't provide me with a solution to figure out what's happening.

There's this annoying error code -1 that keeps popping up on my Verizon account, which prevents me from signing in to watch anything. It happens when I try to sign in, go through the "forgot password" section, or attempt to retrieve my user ID. This makes the app useless on my phone and is really frustrating because I'm missing out on watching the Steelers Season.

The NFL network app used to work fine but now it's slow to load on my phone, a Revel 5G with 128 GB storage. I enjoy watching football and want this fixed quickly. I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help. Please look into this as soon as possible. Thank you.

So, I'm trying to enjoy my show, right? But then bam! Suddenly, no sound, just silence. And then it's like, "sorry buddy, you can't watch this channel." Like what? I shell out dough for this channel and watch it non-stop at home. Come on! ESPN app is a breeze compared to this mess. Hey NFL, isn't it time you upgraded your app?

This app isn't very user-friendly. It's quite restrictive when you're not using your home wifi. I downloaded the app specifically to watch RedZone while I'm out, but seems like they've blocked it. I'll have to resort to finding a way to stream it for free instead. I'm now planning to cancel my NFL Network subscription and use a free streaming site instead. It was naive of me to think I could pay the NFL to enjoy Football on the go.

The app on tablets was changed and now you can't make it full screen. It only fills up about half to two-thirds of the screen, leaving a lot of wasted space. On the phone, I can make it full screen, but not on the tablet. It's confusing and doesn't make sense.
