Namirial OTP - Two-factor authentication & security

Namirial OTP introduces an additional security layer for your accounts, which is why numerous professional individuals and their organizations opt for this method of two-factor authentication (2FA), also known as multi-factor authentication (MFA).

The application enables users to generate one-time passwords using Android and/or iOS devices to safely access services powered by Namirial, such as digital transaction management, SPID, e-signatures (Namirial eSignAnyWhere), and the eID scheme recognized under eIDAS.

This app provides 6-digit codes on your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet for a supplementary verification step upon login.

It has been successfully validated as a credential that can be utilized within the Italian notified eID scheme in accordance with article 9 of eIDAS.

How do I purchase a Remote Digital Signature from the Namirial Shop website?

You can purchase a Remote Signature by going to the website: https://www.namirial.global/   .

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an e-mail (to the address provided during registration) with the Shop no. and/or Order no. in the subject line. It will contain a voucher that you can use to activate the Remote Digital Signature.

N.B. Check your Spam and/or Unwanted folder for the e-mail.

Once you click the link (voucher) received, you will be asked to select an identification method.

Once the registration procedure is complete and the data has been confirmed, you will receive the following 3 e-mails:

"Signature Device Issuance" containing the security envelope (via PDF attached) and manuals with information on Signing Documents.

"Activation Confirmation" containing your username and password to access the reserved area (portal.namirialtsp.com), where users can sign.

"Signature Device Association" containing the serial number of the activated Signature Device.

N.B. The Remote Signature process offers the option to sign with the PIN (received by e-mail in the security envelope), the OTP provided by the NAMIRIAL VIRTUAL OTP Application, to be installed on your smartphone, username and device code (received by e-mail).

What will I need during the video identification procedure?

During the video identification session, the user must have:

a valid identity document (identity card / driving licence / passport), without plastic protection, intact, legible and complete with photograph. The document must be the same as the one entered during online registration;

mobile phone (the same one inserted during registration);

email (the same one inserted during registration).

What does the whole video identification procedure consist of?

Obtaining the voucher

The voucher (registration URL) is sent via email to the User.

Registration

The User accesses the registration URL and insert his personal data.

Compatibility test

The video identification platform makes sure that the User device meets the minimum technical requirements.

Video identification

Once successfully passed the compatibility test, the User accesses the video identification session led by a  qualified video operator.
