I purchased the RM1 sim card from Shopee. It's interesting that there are quite a few negative comments about it on here. The delivery was surprisingly quick and the registration process was a breeze. I only had to provide my ID and do a face scan once. Everything went smoothly without any problems. The only thing is I wish I had gotten a better phone number 😝 The connection at my location has been really good up to now. I bought it to test out YES before deciding to switch my number from Digi. I'm going to use it for a few days and hopefully the network will be consistently fast and stable.

This app is difficult to use as you can't cancel transactions like on the Shopee app. It's not fair because you might lose out. Cancelling and getting a refund is a hassle unlike on Shopee. Waiting times for support are too long. There's no extra confirmation step, so mistakes can happen easily. The app has been updated multiple times and each time it gets worse. Watch out for unfair practices!

The data speed is just terrible where I stayed in the city! They keep saying it's 4G but seriously, I can't even use it properly. Every time there's an issue, they tell me to create a ticket with so many complicated steps. And when I finally did it, they said everything was fine in my area. But the problem keeps happening! The internet gets even slower at midnight every day. They should've seen this coming from all the bad reviews. Fix it already!

Absolutely, it's frustrating that the YES app doesn't offer a code reload option. You have to use the app to reload and buy internet, but for that, you need significant data. If you don't have internet access, you can't even open the app to reload and purchase internet. It's a major inconvenience. However, the good thing is that the internet service is affordable.

There is currently no signal in Klang. I submitted a ticket to YesCare but have not received any response. This is very frustrating and shows poor customer service. I have been using this service since October 2021 and usually it works fine, with occasional connection issues that are resolved within half a day. However, for the past 2 days, there has been no connection at all. If this is not fixed soon, I will change plans. It's true that the service offers 4G internet, but only consider purchasing if you are confident that you will have 4G coverage all the time. If you live in Klang, I would not recommend buying this service.

I recently got an internet package that is just terrible. I couldn't use it at all for two weeks! I had to use my other data to make reports about this frustrating situation. I reached out to the salesperson, customer service, and even used their app to complain, but nothing has been resolved so far. I am incredibly disappointed with this whole experience. It's frustrating that the seller is hesitant to fix the issue when it's such a big problem. They even tried to convince me that the red bar line on my connection was actually good! I will only be satisfied once they fix this problem for me!

I have a prepaid FT5G plan with unlimited data. The coverage at my house is 5G, but it's really disappointing. It's taking forever to download pictures even on small sizes from WhatsApp. I really want to watch YouTube videos, but it's just not working well. I think I will switch to another telco soon.

Oh boy, what a story! So, this person has been using Yes4G Data Back since January 15, 2021, and it was all smooth sailing for that first month. They managed to redeem 90GB of data before the expiration date on February 16, 2021. But hey, here comes the twist – after using up all that data, their internet speed suddenly slowed down to a snail's pace, not letting them load any apps. Can you believe that? Frustrated, they reached out to YesCare for help, only to be told that their phone compatibility was to blame for the issue. What a load of nonsense! So, let me get this straight – everything worked like a charm for the first month, but now suddenly it's their phone's fault? Sounds fishy to me. Are we dealing with a fraud plan here or what? The way things went from working perfectly fine to full of problems in just one month is definitely raising some eyebrows. It's like a rollercoaster ride of emotions – from yay to nay in the blink of an eye. What a wild ride this whole experience has been, right?

I tried out Shopee Farm and got a free SIM card along with free data, ranging from 10gb to 40gb per month. So far, I have had no issues with this telco service. I am grateful to YES for making it convenient for me to attend online classes wherever I am. Thank you!

Yes really doesn't offer anything special in terms of their services and app. They don't allow in-app purchases or help with topping up for games, nor do they extend the validity of your account to reactivate an expired SIM card. The only option you have is to purchase additional data add-ons with very slow internet speeds for calls. If your SIM card expires quickly, then your supposed unlimited internet suddenly becomes sluggish, leaving you to constantly top up your SIM card just to keep using the internet. It's just a frustrating experience overall.
