How to activate MyInfoCert App

MyInfoCert is the Mobile App (Android, iOS) to manage the Strong Customer Authentication at the moment of the electronic signature.

Thanks to MyInfoCert App you can replace the default authentication based on PIN and OTP with more user-friendly solutions such as App- generate OTP or biometric technology (fingerprint, face matching).

You can download MyInfoCert App from Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.

App Activation requires to fill in the "Email or Username" and "Password" blanks for your Digital ID account.

Then, it is necessary to verify the account by inserting the OTP code sent to the phone number registered in the InfoCert Portal and insert the "Account name" (eg. Name Lastname).

The following step is to set a (6) six digit PIN code to protect App from unauthorized uses and confirm your unlock code.

If the steps were followed correctly, you receive the confirmation of the correct activation of the App.
