myAlpha Mobile offers you the flexibility and autonomy needed to conduct your banking transactions on the go. By using myAlpha Mobile, you can enroll in e-Banking if you are an existing Alpha Bank customer or start banking with us if you are new.

If you have an Alpha Bank account and an active Alpha Bank card, you can easily register for e-Banking online at no cost. Download the application on your mobile phone, follow the steps, and receive a Username and Password to access e-Banking anytime, anywhere via myAlpha Web, myAlpha Mobile, or myAlpha Phone.

Convenience and speed in your transactions with myAlpha Mobile!

Log in using a 4-digit PIN, fingerprint, or FaceID (if supported), manage your products, pay bills, and transfer money quickly. Activate Push Notifications on the mobile app for convenient transaction approvals!

Explore the app capabilities:

- View balances and activity of your products, including those from other Greek banks.

- Access tax deduction info, withdrawals, daily transfer limits, and Bonus Points via My Bonus Account.

- Perform various transactions such as payments for bills, credit cards, loans, transfers within Alpha Bank, remittances to accounts domestically and internationally, e-commerce payments via QR Code scanning, and direct transfers to/from contacts up to Euro 500 per day via IRIS Online Payments.

- Apply for online products like myAlpha Quick Loan and Alpha Bank debit cards.

- Support options like updating contact information, using Scan 2 Pay for faster bill payments, managing cards, adding cards to myAlpha Wallet, saving transactions, canceling pending transactions, and receiving updates from the bank.

Open You First Account Online

Download the myAlpha Mobile app to open you first account online, daily, 07:30-23:30.

Confirm your mobile number and email

Open the app and choose: Register > Open my first account.

Fill in your mobile number. To confirm it, enter the 6-digit code you received by SMS. 

Fill in your email. To confirm it, enter the 6-digit code you received on that email.

Your email will also be your username. 

Create password and accept the terms

Create a secure password and enter it twice to confirm it.

Your credentials are all set. 

Tick the boxes to accept the documents about our banking relationship and your personal data protection.

Confirm your identity

Choose the document you’ll be using (ID card or passport) and upload a photo of it.

Using your phone camera, take a picture of your face and upload it.

Do not close the app.

Tap on “Start video call” to be connected to one of our representatives, who will confirm your identity.

Enter your tax details and address

Enter your tax number and upload your tax clearance certificate.

Answer 8 short questions.

Confirm the address where you want us to send your debit card. 

Choose how you want us to be contacting you.

Get your IBAN

Welcome to Alpha Bank!

Your IBAN appears on your screen.

With your new username and password, you can log into e-Banking straight away. 

Your debit card will appear on your e-Banking and you’ll receive it by post very soon.

Within 3 months from opening the account, you need to verify on your e-Banking, either through eGov-KYC or by online document upload, your:

- Occupation

- Address

Get Your e-Banking Credentials in 4 Steps

Online, through myAlpha Mobile , as long as you have a smartphone and an active Alpha Bank debit or credit card.  

Download and install the free app on your smartphone and get your e-Banking credentials in 4 steps.

Fill in your card details

Enter the number of your Alpha Bank debit or credit card, or scan your card.

Tap on “Next” and enter 2 out of the 4 digits of your PIN according to the instructions.

Confirm your mobile number

Enter the 6-digit code you receive on the phone number you have registered with Alpha Bank.

If you do not receive a code, you can request to have it resent through SMS or Viber.

Confirm your email

Enter your email address or confirm the email address you have registered with Alpha Bank.

You will receive a confirmation code in your email.

Create your Username and Password

Create a Username and Password for your first sign-in on the myAlpha Mobile app.

Your e-Banking credentials are all set.

The same credentials are valid for logging into myAlpha Web from your computer.
