    I find it weird that this App needs so many permissions like recording video, accessing my phone microphone, photos, contacts, and more. I'm only using it to make payments and check my services, so why do they need all that? And if you say no to any permission, the App won't work.

    Vodafone's network is the worst and slowest I've ever experienced. They care more about getting new customers than taking care of current ones. As a student, a good connection for online classes is crucial to me. I am extremely unhappy with Vodafone and will switch to Airtel or Jio starting tomorrow. I don't recommend Vodafone to anyone. Stay away from them!

    This new application is even worse than the last one. I had to call the customer service and wait for so long. I might switch to Oredoo because of this terrible update. I can't check the balance of my other 2 SIM cards in one app like I used to.
