What are the roaming rates?

Our standard roaming plan gives you one simple anytime rate in each of our roaming zones. You'll pay these rates if you're not opted into a roaming plan, or if the country you're travelling to isn't covered by a roaming plan.

 What happens when I reach my data spend cap?

When you reach the spend cap, you will be barred from roaming, unless you have already chosen to extend past the cap. You can choose to extend past the cap at any time and instructions will be included in your notification messages.

    I had an incredibly frustrating experience with customer service in Ireland. I spent an entire hour on the phone. They cut me off four times. Each time, I got the same advice to unplug the modem and plug it back in. After that, they hung up on me. Now, I provided all the necessary details when they asked. Still, nothing improved. No follow-up at all. Honestly, stay far away from this service. It’s not worth the hassle.

    The app fails to load most of the time. I keep getting error messages about maintenance every time I try. Many others are facing the same problem. Keeping track of data and usage has become impossible. Looks like that might be Vodafone's intention. With the recent update and my number moving to a new system, things got worse. Now, I can't see any details, offers, or even top up. I've reported these issues to customer service but spent hours waiting on the phone with empty promises. It feels like it’s time to switch networks.
