Our updated application simplifies the process of logging in by allowing you to use your fingerprint or PIN. You can easily check your coverage details, monitor your extras limits and waiting periods, as well as locate your closest Members’ Choice provider and Medibank outlets.

The Medibank app also offers the following functionalities:

• Submit a claim.

• Modify your account information.

• Request and retrieve tax documents.

• Integrate popular health and fitness applications to track activities such as steps, workouts, meditation, and sleep, enabling you to earn Live Better Points.

Accessing the enhanced app requires you to be a member of Medibank health insurance. Note that if you hold Visitors Health Insurance, Working Visa Health Insurance, or Overseas Student Health cover, not all features may be available to you.

I have lost my Medibank card?

Lost your card? With the My Medibank app you can access a digital card and make fast, contactless claims with a tap of your phone, without the need of a physical card.

However, if you would like a physical card, you can order a new one from your My Medibank account. 

To order a new card, follow these steps:

Online:

Log in to My Medibank and click Me from the top menu.

From the "Need a new card" tile, click the Order a new card link.

In the pop-up, confirm your reason for reordering and click the Order card button.

App:

Navigate to the Cover tab and tap Health Insurance.

Next, tap the Need a new membership card button and confirm your reason for reordering from the prompt.

How do I access my Medibank digital card?

To access your digital card on iOS and Android simply:

Open the My Medibank App.

Tap on Digital Card on the home screen.

Your Medibank digital card will appear on the screen.

iOS users can additionally tap Add to Apple Wallet to add the Medibank members card to their Apple Wallet.

I have forgotten my password?

To update your My Medibank password, simply fill in this form with the email address you used to register for My Medibank, and we'll email you a link to reset your password. (This link is valid for 7 days.)

Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you don't appear to have received it, check your junk/spam folders, or search for an email from noreply@medibank.com.au.
