    Great news on the quick software fix! Everything is working perfectly again. Just a few days ago, the update on May 24 made the app so frustrating. Couldn't track time in or out and missed reminders for changing aligners. What a disappointment! 🙄

    This tool really helps with tracking when to switch sets. The timer feature is great for keeping track of the two-hour window for set removal. No need to mark up a calendar or use a stopwatch anymore. It simplifies everything.

    The timer function feels off. The app suggests letting the timer run all day while the aligners stay out. It should track only when the aligners are out. A reminder every 30 minutes to put them back in would be way more helpful. Also, it needs a feature to check if you've signed up already. If aligners are on the way, don't sign in until they arrive!

    Wow, that app really drains the battery. It's surprising how little it actually does. Just reminders, timers, a few selfies, some documents, and shopping. Nothing heavy-duty, yet it consumes so much power. And then there's the issue with the Invisalign site. Accessing it on a desktop shows a different set of selfies. What's up with that? Feels like two separate databases are at play. The whole experience should be smooth and consistent, right?

    I downloaded this app about two weeks ago, hoping to keep track of my Invisalign. I used it a couple of times, but now it gets stuck on a blue screen every time I open it. No response at all. I've restarted my phone multiple times and checked for updates, but nothing changes. It's frustrating not being able to use the app, especially when I want to place orders and keep everything organized. This definitely needs some attention.

    Invisalign works wonders. It's user-friendly and offers freedom because you can take it out whenever needed. It does require dedication, but once you establish a routine, the results are fantastic.

    Taking photos for virtual care drives me crazy. Twenty minutes for twelve pictures feels endless. It should take just a few minutes. Plus, it needs an internet connection. That makes the tracking feature pointless since I often work out of cell service. I found a better tracker. It works offline with a timer. I can edit times if I forget to pause it. Syncing and backing up data happens when I'm back in service. It’s so much more convenient!

    Keeping track of time with Invisalign using the app feels useful. The app, however, drives me crazy. I frequently have to force stop it. Not every single time I use it, but every day for sure. I start the timer, then when I return to put my liners back in, the app often hangs on loading. It doesn’t fully open. I end up force closing and reopening it just to use it. Everything is updated, and I’m on a Galaxy S23 Ultra.

    I’ve thrown in the towel on the timer and app for tracking my tray changes. It just doesn’t work as it should. I want to send photos to my doctor, but that feature never cooperates either. It’s frustrating. You responded, which is appreciated, but a live link would have made things so much easier. I'm facing some basic user experience problems. The app tells me to turn my head and then says "no face detected," but I need to be looking straight on to even see that message.
