    Aplikasi lucu, tiba-tiba stok datang banyak lalu menghilang. Customer service tidak membantu, jawaban membingungkan, tidak paham situasi, selalu menyalahkan sistem. Urusan menjadi rumit untuk pelanggan, ditambah kalau ada kesalahan dari pabrik. Mereka yang salah, kita yang terkena dampaknya. Setelah checkout, dua hari kemudian baru diberitahu ada kesalahan sistem. Pelanggan sudah menunggu lama kemudian diberi info buruk. Pembaruan di awal tahun memang mengecewakan, konten tidak bisa diunduh, seolah harus screenshot.
