MultiPlusCard - Bonus collection & discounts

The application allows you to:

- collect BONUS EURE by scanning the QR code from your MultiPlus card displayed on your mobile phone

- utilize discount coupons

- participate in challenges

- view recommended products from the catalog

- browse through the catalog

- check your savings and transactions

- find answers to frequently asked questions

- join the program and the Children's Club

- edit and update your personal information

While using the application, your device must be connected to the internet.

Introductory provisions

1.1. MultiPlus Card d.o.o. from Zagreb, Ulica Vjekoslava Heinzela 62A, OIB 18207737728 (hereinafter: MPC) is the manager of the loyalty reward program called MultiPlusCard program or MPC program for short (hereinafter: Program).

1.2. These Program Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) govern the relationship between MPC as the Program leader and Program members.

1.3. The MPC independently adopts and changes the Rules. Only those Rules published on the website www.multipluscard.hr, or those available through the MultiPlusCard mobile application, are current.

1.4. Program members are obliged to familiarize themselves with these Rules, their amendments, as well as other documents to which they refer.

1.5. Members accept the Rules during the membership/registration process. Also, with each new use of benefits within the Program, the member confirms his acceptance of the then valid Rules and other documents to which they refer.

1.6. This version of the Rules applies from January 25, 2024 (the previous version was valid from May 16, 2023). The latest amendments align the Rules with changes in the Program itself (without significantly affecting other rights of Program members).

About the Program

2.1. The purpose of the Program is (1) to enable Program members to obtain various benefits available within the Program by purchasing and/or using products and services of Program partners, as well as by participating in promotional activities organized within the Program, and (2) to inform Program members about offers tailored to them that are available to them within the Program, all based on their activities, purchasing habits and other characteristics within the Program.

2.2. Benefits and offers available to Program members depend on their activities, purchasing habits and other characteristics demonstrated within the Program and may differ from member to member. Certain benefits and offers within the Program may be available only for a specific communication channel, for example, available only to members who are communicated with via their email address or only to members who use the MultiPlusCard mobile application.

2.3. The benefits granted may be revoked (cancelled) from the member if it is determined that (a) the member did not use them in a timely manner or (b) if the member violated the Rules and/or Reward Rules and/or other terms and conditions of the Program partner that apply to Program members or (c) the benefits were granted to the member by mistake or (d) the member returned or exchanged the purchased product/service that was the basis for the benefits for any reason.

2.4. Additional benefits can be obtained by joining MPC clubs. More information about MPC clubs, their benefits, who they are intended for and membership conditions is available on the website www.multipluscard.hr.

Reward Points and BONUS Euros

3.1. Members earn reward points or BONUS Euros through transactions or purchases with Program partners, as well as by participating in promotional activities organized within the Program, all in accordance with the Reward Rules.

3.2. One hundred (100) reward points correspond to one (1) BONUS Euro. One (1) BONUS Euro corresponds to the value of one (1) Euro. Within the validity period of the BONUS Euro and in the manner provided for in the Reward Rules, the Member independently decides when and how to use his/her BONUS Euros.

3.3. Members use BONUS Euros when making purchases with Program partners or as donations within the Program. Program partners with whom it is possible to use BONUS Euros are listed in the Reward Rules. To use BONUS Euros, the Member must present his/her MultiPlus card or enter his/her MultiPlus card number in the Program partner’s online store.

3.4. BONUS Euros cannot be purchased, gifted or otherwise transferred, except for donations within the Program. Trading in BONUS Euros is not permitted. BONUS euros cannot be cashed out or exchanged for cash. The MultiPlus card is not a payment card.
