Becoming a Monizze client enables you to order the following products:

What can I buy with eco-vouchers?
Eco-vouchers can only be used to purchase ecological products or services. The National Labour Council (NAR) draws up the list of products and services that can be bought with eco-vouchers.
Monizze eco-vouchers are accepted in a large network of large chains, as well as in local shops. In addition, you can also use the eco-voucher to pay online for purchases at various online shops.
How can I block my Monizze card in case of loss or theft?
Has your Monizze card been lost or stolen? There are several ways to block it immediately:
Via the mobile app under “My Cards”
Via MyMonizze on the homepage via “Block card”

How can I log in to my Monizze account and the Monizze app?
Logging into your personal account via the Monizze website or the Monizze app is very easy:
Go to your Monizze account or open the Monizze app.
Enter the email address or mobile phone number you used to activate your Monizze card. Have you forgotten your username? Then follow these instructions.
Within what period are Monizze cards delivered?
Monizze cards are always delivered within ten working days of receiving the card order.
I forgot my username, how can I retrieve it?
Open your Monizze app and click on “Username forgotten?” You can retrieve it using your Monizze card number or national register number. Click on “Confirm” and you’ll receive your login info on the next screen. Note that you can’t modify your login info on that screen. You can only modify your details via the Hub once logged in.

How to activate 2FA on your Monizze account?
Follow these simple steps to enable two-step verification on your Monizze account:
Monizze mobile app: Open the app and go to the Hub. Select the “Security” option and follow the instructions to activate two-step verification. Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Monizze app (version 4.17.1 or later) before enabling two-step verification.
MyMonizze via the website: Log into your account, go to the “My Account” section, select “Security,” and follow the on-screen steps.
And what about the Monizze mobile app?
When you open your Monizze app, you can also add extra security measures. In the Hub, under the Security tab, you can easily enable facial recognition, fingerprint authentication, or a PIN code to log into the Monizze app—making your account even more secure!
