PIN/PUK code, where can I find them?
PUK code
You can get your PUK code super fast by chatting with our chatbot Trelin. Click on the orange bubble here on the right of your screen! Alternatively, you can find it directly on Mitt3:
1. Log in to Mitt3
2. Select your subscription and click Subscription details
3. Scroll down to Details and you will see your PUK code
PIN code
This may seem strange, but the quickest solution is actually to enter the wrong code three times and then enter the PUK code. After that, you can choose a completely new PIN code!
If you're the type of person who saves everything, you'll find both the PIN and PUK on the back of the plastic card that the SIM card was inserted into when you got it.
