How do I apply for e-invoice?
You apply for an e-invoice yourself atMy Telia, either on the web or in the app. You can also apply for an e-invoice via your internet bank.

With e-invoice, your invoice from Telia is sent electronically to your internet bank instead of by post. When you choose e-invoice, you do not have to pay any invoice fee.
If you have recently switched to e-invoice but are still receiving your invoice, it is because your e-invoice application was approved after your paper invoice had already been created in our systems. You will then receive your next invoice electronically to your internet bank.
How do I apply for direct debit?
You apply for direct debit via your internet bank. With direct debit, money is automatically deducted from your bank account on the invoice's due date. It is not possible to pay with direct debit from a jointly owned account. Log in toMy Teliaa few days after your application and switch to SMS notification if you no longer want to receive a paper invoice.

Look for the direct debit function. It is usually located under the heading "payments".
Fill in our bank details and other information requested. If your bank asks for a payer number or customer number, enter your 12-digit social security number.
