Connect with Telia and manage your services through the Minun Telia app anytime and anywhere, as long as your device is powered. You can log in to the app using your mobile credential, Telia username, or phone number. Once logged in, you can monitor your account balance, modify your services, and settle your bills.
Using Guide
1. My subscription (main page of the application)
After logging in, you will be taken to the main page of the application. There you will find your subscriptions, services and ordered devices listed.
From the Telia Shop search section, you can access the store search, where you can, for example, book an appointment at a Telia Shop. If you have allowed the application to use your location, you will see the nearest Telia Shops and service points on the map. You can call Telia Shops' national number, where you can get information about store opening hours, contact information and selection. However, it is not possible to connect the call to a specific location.

You can view information about your subscriptions, services and devices by clicking on the desired subscription. Additional information will be displayed, such as phone subscription balance information or management of additional services.
Under the Telephone subscriptions heading, you can see all your subscriptions. By clicking on a specific subscription number, you can do the following:
Subscription update
Under Usage, you can see calls made, messages sent and internet usage for the past billing period.
You can see mobile data usage in the EU and the remaining amount of your data package.
Under the Services tab, you can edit additional services ordered for the subscription.
Under Tools, you can temporarily close the subscription or order and activate a new SIM card.
Under Instructions, you can read additional information on different topics.
Under Internet, you can see the fixed broadband, additional services for broadband products, information and devices you are using. By clicking on a specific internet subscription, you can see additional information about the contract (e.g. fixed term) and the device delivered to you. You can increase the speed, order additional services, edit error notification settings*, change the internet to a new address or go to read the instructions for use.
*Error reporting settings are not yet available for all broadband technologies. If they are not available for your broadband, the selection box is grayed out.
In the TV and entertainment section, you can find your Telia TV ID with channel packages. You can also order new channel packages and edit your current subscriptions. You can have multiple Telia TV IDs and use them on different devices and in different situations. By selecting a specific ID, you can see the channel packages ordered for it and additional information about the ID on the Details tab. You can also order new channel packages or, for example, create a new Telia TV ID in the Tools section.
2. Invoices
In the Invoices tab, you can see all your latest and paid invoices. By clicking on a specific invoice, you can see more information about it. You can also open the invoice as a PDF file and print it if necessary. You can apply for a payment period for the invoice or proceed to pay it.
Invoice to My Telia is our newest free electronic invoicing method. After activating the service, you will receive a reminder of invoices via text message to your phone number. My invoice to be delivered to Telia is not available for Telia Finance invoices.
Our other electronic invoicing methods are e-invoice and invoice to be delivered to Kivra.
3. My benefits
In the My benefits section, you can see preferential prices, customer benefits and other content that we think you will be interested in.
4. Support
You can contact us via chat. At the beginning of the chat, our customer service robot Tellu will assist you and try to offer instructions and solutions regarding your matter. By answering Tellu's questions, you can proceed with your matter. If necessary, Tellu will connect you to customer service.
5. More
By clicking on the More item in the bottom navigation, you can open a menu where you can view and edit your user account settings, application settings and your own information. There, you can, for example, these things:
Changing the password for my Telia ID
Managing marketing permissions and targeted messages
Viewing billing aggregation groups
Defining subscription-specific subscription rights
Editing mobile network outage notification settings
You can also view the application's terms of use and privacy and security terms.
