    So, I tried using this app, but I gave up. The app installs, and then I receive a text message on my Togo phone number with a confirmation code. I type in the code, but I keep getting a message saying that Tigo doesn't recognize the code. But they sent it to me!

    So, they told me that Tigo Shop isn't available... Why? I have a Huawei Y530... Okay... It's fixed now. I had already downloaded the app and it was showing like that, but it's all good now. I love it, it's easier now to buy minutes and messages.

    Putting aside the slowness and the fact that it's not a native application, but a web app. The logic of the application is truly appalling. For example, you have to activate or purchase the "no browsing without a plan" service and then you receive an alert saying that you can now enjoy your plan. It's so illogical that it's hard to put into words.

    Hey, have you ever had your phone suddenly ask for an update out of nowhere? It's like, you're just casually using your phone and then boom, a notification pops up telling you to update the software. But when you check, everything is already up to date! It's pretty annoying, right? Like, why bother us with unnecessary updates? Just wish technology could be a bit smarter sometimes, you know?

    On June 8th, 2023, the app was still not working. They haven't fixed it yet. They only released an update that made it stop working. It was working "fine" before the update. Why would they break something that was working somewhat well? Now, it doesn't allow access anymore.

    The app doesn't show the latest package information and how long they last. You can't tell when a package you purchased will end.
