With the MGEN app, you can manage your health insurance daily, view your benefits statements and entitlement certificates, and communicate with your advisor. Before downloading it, verify if it is listed on the back of your membership card.

- I can download my rights certificate and/or membership card.

- As an MGEN social security insured member, I can perform certain online procedures like tracking the creation of my Vitale card, reporting its loss, theft, or malfunction, viewing my attending physician's name, ordering my EHIC, reporting the loss or theft of my EHIC, and checking my Noémie link.

I can consult a general practitioner or specialist anytime, 7 days a week, through the MesDocteurs teleconsultation service, which is fully covered by MGEN.

- I can find an OPTICIAN, HEARING AID SPECIALIST, or KALIXIA OSTEOPATH and enjoy competitive rates.

AM I AN OJI MEMBER? :

- I have conversations with the ÔJI bot, which assists with inquiries regarding my health coverage levels.

- I prepare for exams using the Coach feature: I arrange my study schedule while ensuring I take time to relax. Permission will be requested to sync Coach Exam events with your phone’s calendar.

- If I encounter any issues, our dedicated support team is here to assist. My ÔJI service packs are always available for me.

- For prevention bonuses, I can photograph my invoice for reimbursement.

How do I create my personal space?

If I'm a member of an MSP, MASP, MISP, OJI, MTE, or CSS plan

To create your personal space, follow these steps:

Have your Vitale card,

Go to the "Create my space" page,

Enter the first 13 digits of your social security number,

Continue the process to finalize your personal space.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

If I'm a member of the Efficience Santé or Nuance plan

To create your account, follow these steps:

Go to the authentication page and click on "Activate my account"

Enter the email address provided to MGEN, check your inbox and click on the invitation link received, choose and confirm your password, and your account will be activated upon first login.

For security reasons, an authentication code will be required every 30 days to access your personal space.
