We have simplified the login process for you:
The app automatically recognizes you based on your phone number - if you choose. However, you can also request an SMS PIN if you don't have your My Magenta password handy.
To make use of all the features and services offered, as well as to receive up-to-date information, it's best to log in with your phone number and your My Magenta password.

Registration & Login Guide
When do I use which customer number?
As a cable/landline/TV customer, you need your cable customer number for:
- manual transfers
- Contact our support
- for registration in My Magenta (e.g. to use Magenta TV)
As a Mobil customer, you need your Mobil customer number for:
- contacting our support
- for registration in My Magenta
A notice:
If you have contracts from “both worlds” (mobile + cable/TV), please always provide the customer number of the contract you have questions about when contacting our support.
My magenta registration
If you have recently purchased your product, you have been sent a welcome email with a link for a 2-click registration. By registering via this link you save yourself the next step. The link is valid for 30 days from purchase.
Please make sure to use the same email address that you provided when ordering.
If the purchase was made more than 30 days ago, you can also easily register.
For this registration you need your customer number !
Merger of My Magenta Mobile and My Magenta Cable/Landline
My magenta is becoming more modern!
We are constantly working on improvements. So that you can manage all your mobile and cable services in one profile in the future, our mobile portal and the cable/landline portal will be merged.
You can log in to My Magenta Cable/Landline/Mobile with your usual access data.
How can I change my magenta password?
You can easily change your My Magenta password in the service portal.
The option can be found after logging in under Settings - Manage profile data - Change password.
Forgot my Magenta username/password
Depending on your product (e.g. mobile or cable) or time of order, different access data may be required.
Further information about the access data, as well as how you can access or change your access data, can be found below.
Forgot username
Former Magenta Mobil: The My Magenta Mobil username was always the phone number of the contract and can still be used in the new portal.
My magenta new: My magenta was changed on February 1st, 2022 and since then the email address provided during registration has also been the username.
If your My Magenta account has already been created before, your username can be an email address or a username of your own choosing. If you no longer remember your chosen username, please re-register with an email address.
Note: As of July 1, 2022, customers will be asked to enter a valid email address as their username when they log in to My Magenta for the first time. Please do not use a chello.at or inode.at address for this.
Forgot password
You can set a new password using the Forgot Password button.
A one-time code is required for the further steps, which you can request either via SMS or email.
Mobile customers: In the former My Magenta Mobile, you provided a security phone number when registering.
The SMS will be sent to this phone number.
My Magenta Cable: With My Magenta Cable, the code was sent via the email address provided during registration.

With the GSM codes that you enter using the cell phone keypad, you can easily activate, change and deactivate settings, services and functions.
The range of options extends from adding credit to a prepaid card to IMEI queries to managing call forwarding and voicemail.

The My Magenta app no longer works
There may be a temporary problem - please wait a while and then try again.
Sometimes it is also necessary to carry out maintenance work - but in such a case we will of course inform you with a corresponding note.
If there are problems after an update, we recommend deactivating it and then reinstalling it.
