Home delivery in a few

simple steps with Mega Image

Mega Image offers a modern home delivery service in a few simple steps, available both for Bucharest and the surrounding areas, as well as for other large cities in Romania. Thus, online purchases arrive directly at the door, effortlessly and in flexible time intervals through the fast shopping delivery service. Depending on the needs of the buyer, one can opt for next-day delivery or for an even faster option, namely delivery in 2 hours. Depending on the type of delivery, the range of products and time slots differ.

Next-day delivery is available in Bucharest and the surrounding area, from Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of choosing from 2 to 4 time slots. Fresh products, including perishable ones, are transported safely, in temperature-controlled vehicles. Mega Image delivery in 2 hours is available for Bucharest, Ilfov, Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara. In this case, delivery is fast, and the time slots are extended between 09:00 and 22:00. This option is perfect for urgent orders, as it is possible to deliver a limited number of products, including fresh and non-perishable products.

SCHEDULED DELIVERY

Next-day delivery offers a complete assortment of products, including fresh food, with a selection of over 10,000 products, similar to that of large stores. Delivery is made in maximum safety conditions, through a fleet of dedicated vehicles, equipped with temperature-controlled storage areas for cold or frozen products. This option allows a high degree of flexibility, both in terms of the range of products and the available delivery slots.

2-HOUR DELIVERY

On the other hand, 2-hour delivery is the ideal solution for fast and efficient online shopping. This includes a selection of approximately 4,000 products, with a limited number of 20 products per order and a maximum of 6 pieces of each product. The major advantage of this option is the speed of delivery, using scooters or small cars for the safe transport of products.

Minimum order and payment methods

Regardless of the type of delivery chosen, home delivery in a few steps with Mega Image is a simple and fast process for making payments.

For next-day delivery, there is no minimum order limit, and payment can be made online, by card, via Apple Pay (iOS) or cash on delivery. In the case of delivery within 2 hours, the minimum order is 50 lei, and payment can only be made online, either by card or via Apple Pay for iOS users.

Fees and additional costs

Text At Mega Image, delivery and packaging fees are transparent and affordable. For next-day delivery, the delivery fee is 20 lei, but there may be active promotions that offer free shipping. There is also a return system fee (SGR) of 0.5 lei/piece, applicable for drinks with glass or plastic packaging, with weights between 0.33 ml and 3 L. For 2-hour delivery, the delivery fee is 5 lei, with a packaging fee of 3.5 lei. Depending on active promotions, shipping may also be free.
