How do I create lists?

At the beginning of your List Ease experience, you’ll see two lists that we’ve automatically created for you (Grocery List and Pantry List). If you want to create more (you can have up to four lists at one time), select the drop-down menu while you’re in the list screen and tap New List.

How do I share my lists?

Share your list with friends and family members by selecting the list from your drop-down, then clicking on the Mail Icon to the right of the list name. This should bring up your email account so that you can send the list to someone else!

Why can’t I access all of my lists?

With the basic version of List Ease, you can access the first four lists on your list menu. To access other lists, you may either delete one of the first four lists (go into List Properties and select Delete), or you may upgrade to List Ease Premier.

If a shared list is from a Premier user, then that Premier list does not apply to the four maximum.

I am having syncing issues

Once you share your list, friends and family can make changes to it. As long as your device is connected to a network, your list should sync every time a person sharing your list makes a change. If you don’t see the update, pull down on the list with your finger and release it to refresh the list.

If you continue to experience syncing issues, please try the steps below. If these do not work, please create a ticket with support so that we can investigate

(1) Make sure the most up-to-date version of the app is installed on your phone.

(2) Keep the most up-to-date version of the list on one phone, and delete it off the other phone

(3) Pull down on the most up-to-date list, which should sync with our server

(4) Mail the list to the phone that deleted it

(5) Load the list on the phone that deleted it, and pull down on the list on this phone to sync it with our server.

What does Pantry do?

Use Pantry to keep track of the items you already have and how much of each item is left. 

When you run out of something, select the “send” button (the button to the left of the item) to move that item to a shopping list.
