lifebox - Secure file storage

When I try to download a lot of photos, it keeps saying that the internet connection is interrupted even though my internet connection is fine. If I'm trying to download 30 photos, only 25 are downloaded, or sometimes none at all. The same issue happens when I try to delete photos. It's as if I can't delete anything from lifebox. When it comes to uploading, everything gets uploaded two or three times. If there's one photo, it uploads it as ten photos. There should be an option to delete duplicate photos in lifebox. Also, there is no feature for selecting multiple photos at once. I have to select each one individually.

Can't create a folder in the web or mobile app :(( so limited.... Seems like the only task is to upload music or documents in this program, but it's not possible.... Backup function only available for photos and videos :( Also can't select all photos for download....

Transferring files is very difficult. The contents just won't delete. It would be more logical to increase the memory instead of using Life box. It's a bad software.

I had a collection of pictures that I gathered over the years. I texted the institution but there was no response. Not reliable.

So, every time I try to log in, the app shows me the confirmation code but I never receive any code in my email.

Attempted to sign up but couldn't proceed due to issues with the security code input. Confirmed that the code was entered correctly.

Great, uploading photos or videos just takes a long time.
