    I placed my first order and then, just like that, they canceled it after I paid. Now, my money hangs in limbo for 7 to 10 business days until I get my refund. I didn't do anything wrong, all I did was order from Levi's. They even used up my 20% off and my free shipping on that first order. What a hassle! Seriously, stay away from this app. Better to run as far as you can!

    This app is terrible! It charged me $374 for two pairs of regular 505 Levis. They should have cost $137 with a 30% discount. Paying $374 for those jeans is outrageous. Avoid this app at all costs. Fixing the mistakes takes forever, and in the end, you still won’t get your jeans. You can find Levi’s for way cheaper at The Bay or on Amazon when they’re on sale.

    The Levi's app is really glitchy. The website struggles with the same issues. Exchanges are a hassle, photos take ages to load, and checkout can be frustrating. Following links like the size guide just takes you back to the homepage. I tried to place an order, but even though the payment went through on PayPal, I never got an order confirmation. My purchase isn’t showing up in my purchase history. Now, I'm left wondering if I'll actually get my order or not.

    I redownloaded the app and tried to log in. No luck at all. It keeps saying CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER. I’ve tried so many times. This app is just not working. Seriously, you need to fix it. Get the server for the LEVIS app up and running again. Some people say it works fine for them, but not for me. Please fix this app!
