Is the registered E-mail account important?

The E-mail account you registered on Lewu.com will be the way for Lewu.com users and Lewu.com to contact you. Please try not to use "free mailbox" to register, so as to avoid not receiving system notification emails in the future (ex: PChome, Yahoo!)

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

1. Go to the homepage of Lewu.com and click "Login" on the upper right corner.

2. Click "Reset Password".

3. Please enter your registered mobile phone number or email address and click "Send".

4. Click the link received on your mobile phone or email, and you will see the following screen. Please enter your new password and click "Send".
