Introduction

Club Artisee - The Artisee Membership App(클럽아티제 - 아티제 멤버십) is a membership mobile service for the European lifestyle café Artisee. You can conveniently make in-store purchases using the Club Artisee card registered in the app, without the need for a physical membership card. Within the app, you can easily check your point accumulation and usage status, and various coupons are offered based on your membership level, tailored to your needs.

You can also check your stamp event participation status and usage instructions, allowing you to maximize your membership benefits. You can also gift a Club Artisee card to a loved one as a token of your appreciation. It works on both Wi-Fi and 3G/LTE networks, and updates are available to ensure stable service. User convenience is further enhanced with support through various channels, including the customer center and Facebook.

01 How to become a Club Artisan member?

Register your rechargeable prepaid card issued at any Artisee store by logging in to the website or mobile app.

(The card will be created when you sign up for membership on the mobile app, and you can register unlimited additional cards issued at stores.)

Points are accumulated every time you use your registered card, and the accumulated points can be used like cash.

02 What if you become a Club Artisan member?

When you pay the full amount of your Club Artisée order at a store or through Artisée Connect, you will receive one free add-on extra for coffee drinks.(Excluding when using mixed payment methods /Excluding when purchasing a set menu)

When you recharge Club Artisée or pay with points, you can always receive a 20%discount on Artisée MD products.(Recharge amount and points can be used together /Some products are excluded)

04 How to Use the Club Artisée Reloadable Prepaid Card

Reloads can be made at any Artisée reloadable store or through the mobile app. At a store, you can top up in increments of 10,000 won, ranging from 10,000 won to 500,000 won. The maximum single top-up amount is 100,000 won.

You can use credit cards, cash, or mobile payments (mobile app).

[Validity Period]

Five years from the date of the last top-up.

[Refunds for Balances]

If the total amount is less than 40% of the final top-up amount, this can be processed at the store.

-- How do I register a Club Artisan card?

You can register your card by signing up on the Club Artisée website or mobile app, logging in, and then registering your issued card. (PIN: 7-digit number displayed when you scratch off the card number.)

-- When do points expire?

Accumulated points will automatically expire 365 days (one year) from the time they were earned. While no separate email or SMS notification will be sent prior to expiration, you can check your points scheduled for expiration by logging into the app and selecting the Points tab at the bottom of the page.

-- What if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is registered on the website or mobile app, changing your card status will protect your balance and allow you to transfer it to a new card. After logging in to the app, go to the Card tab at the bottom, then Card Management > Status Information. Change the status to Inactive. Then, visit a nearby store and ask a staff member to transfer the balance on your lost card to a new card.

-- Is the deposit refundable?

Refunds are only available at stores if the remaining balance is 40% or less of the final recharge amount. (Example: If your final recharge was 30,000 won, a refund is available if the remaining balance is 12,000 won or less, which is 40% of the original 30,000 won.)

-- What are the criteria for accumulating points?

Upon registering your Club Artisée card, you'll earn 3% of your final purchase amount back on every purchase. Reaching Artisée level will earn you 5% back. Points can only be accumulated on the same day.

-- How long can I use the recharge amount?

The validity period of the card top-up amount is 5 years from the date of top-up.

-- Do I earn points when I recharge my card?

No. Points are not accumulated separately when you recharge your card. Points are accumulated when you use your card after recharging.

-- How far can I charge it?

The maximum amount you can recharge at a single card recharge is 500,000 won at participating Artize stores. The maximum amount you can recharge at a single recharge via the mobile app is 100,000 won. Recharges are available in increments of 10,000 won per card, from 10,000 won to 500,000 won.
