    You really like it, but please pay more attention to fresh items like meat. If they are delivered at dawn (4 am), I can't store them properly. Then we can't eat themㅠㅠㅠ.

    They are running false advertisements to urge app installation. They advertised an event where you could purchase a cup ramen for 100 won upon first sign-up, but there is no such benefit in the app. Don't fall for it like I did, please avoid this place at all costs.

    We made an order, the app showed that it was received but we didn't get it. I called the number 10 times. At first, they were picking up and then started ignoring my calls. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I really dislike this company and advise others not to use it. I will share my bad experience with as many people as I can. I'm truly very upset.

    Make the fidelity program more dynamic, and consider offering a partial English version to attract more users.

    Thank you for quickly addressing the delivery and modification issues with my initial order. Although the masks have not arrived yet, I understand that the product may currently be out of stock. Personally, if items like masks are delayed in delivery or take longer to restock, it would be helpful to receive follow-up calls or notifications asking for feedback on reasons for the delay and suggesting cancellations, especially during initial transactions like today.
