K-SPACE Smart Learning, developed by Multicampus, is a corporate learning platform that supports various learning formats, including formal, informal, and social learning. It offers cross-device synchronization, allowing users to track and engage in learning activities across smartphones, tablets, and PCs. 1.Guide to the website exclusively for corporate training members

Corporate training members  cannot use the  www.multicampus.com/main

site with their existing ID. Individual members who wish to use Multicampus must register separately.

4.[Support/Selection] Can non-majors also take the free government-funded education?

Of course! The curriculum is open to both SW majors and non-SW majors, so

even non-SW majors can take the course as long as they have the determination to complete it.

For any related inquiries, please contact us for support during the basic skills interview and consulting session following course registration.

5.[Support/Selection] Who can take the training?

- Those who can participate in 8-hour training (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) on weekdays

- Those who are expected to graduate in August 2021 or have already graduated can apply for the course regardless of their major.

   * For current students, only those who can submit a certificate of expected graduation or proof of expected graduation date and month before August 2021

- Those who can issue a National Tomorrow Learning Card

※ You must have a personal PC such as a laptop as this is a parallel online and offline course. (Required specifications: RAM 8G or more)

6.No sound, no sound phenomenon

If there is no sound on the learning screen, take the following steps in sequence:

Please check whether it is operating normally as you proceed.

(1) Check the speakers  

-Check that the speakers are functioning properly.

(2)Click on the Sound Settings action!

7.How do I change my personal information (name/resident registration number)?

If your name or resident registration number has changed, you must first register your updated information with a real-name verification agency.

After confirming with the real-name verification agency that your information has been updated, you can submit a copy of your resident registration to make the change.

8.How do I cancel a course?

To cancel a course, please contact the customer center (1544-9001).

9.When registering as a member, a real name authentication error (50) occurs.

If you receive an error code of [Code = 50] when registering, it means you've applied for information theft prevention. To cancel, contact Korea Credit Rating and request cancellation of your information theft prevention service.

10.How do I cancel my membership?

1. After logging in to the Multicampus site, go to [My Space].

2. Click [My Information] on the left menu > [Cancel Membership] at the bottom, and then click [Confirm].

After requesting membership cancellation, all information will be deleted and cannot be recovered. 

Please make your decision carefully. 

After requesting membership cancellation, you will no longer be able to check the following information used on Multicampus:
