    Drivers might say the ride is finished without really getting there. Don't pay with JRpay. Customer service hasn't said how long refunds take.

    Service was great. Riders are usually nice but there's one that was very rude today, the last rider. He asked for more money than the actual fare because of the distance. I've been using Joyride for over 8 months and prefer it as it's more affordable and riders don't cancel on me often. Even though the fare was 66php, I gave him 68php but he still wanted more money. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

    I want to rate this app and the company five stars. But there's one problem - the app doesn't let you open a map to select a location for advanced bookings. Also, about 10% of the drivers I've booked don't have proper helmets with visors. Among that 10%, some are excellent drivers while others are a bit rough with the accelerator and brake. Despite these issues, the app's purpose and pricing are great overall.

    The app keeps giving wrong locations, like one time we had to walk a long way because it placed us on the wrong side of the road. Another time, even though I typed the address myself, it still got it wrong and we had to rush across the street. This needs to be fixed asap! 🤨😠

    I'm giving this 3 stars to let others know about their badly made app. You can't set the exact location for pick up and drop off, which is annoying. You can't see your location on a map when waiting for pick up. The app gets buggy during a ride; the car icon stops or moves slowly. However, the service is good, I get rides quickly, and the drivers are professional.

    I really liked this app before, but a recent bad experience with a driver and poor customer service made me realize that the drivers are not so great. The fact that I couldn't even rate the driver after the ride is frustrating. It seems like the app lets selfish drivers off the hook and doesn't let you give honest feedback. Honestly, it's no different from taking a regular taxi.

    The app got better than before. I wish they add the ride's ETA soon. Noticed that even during a ride, the cancel button is still there. I never tapped it by mistake, but worried it might cancel my ride by itself. Overall, the app improved and excited for more enhancements.
