FAQs

Q:I can't cancel or change my order after placing it. What should I do?

A:Orders cannot be canceled or changed directly after payment has been made.

- If you wish to cancel your order or change your address or size, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1600-1766 and we will promptly assist you.

- If you are outside of consultation hours, please leave a message in the "FAQ" bulletin board - "Pre-shipment Cancellation/Change Request."

Q:After placing a deposit, I received a notification that the item is out of stock.

A:Please understand that products may become out of stock during the stocking process after ordering, or due to inventory errors.

- If an item is sold out, we will contact you individually via KakaoTalk or SMS. You can submit a cancellation or change request using the link sent to you.

- If you purchase in bulk, remaining products (excluding out-of-stock/delayed items) may be partially shipped without prior consultation.

- Please note. (You will be notified via KakaoTalk or SMS of partial shipments.)

Q:I received a discount coupon. How do I use it?

A:Your existing coupons can be used immediately without registration.

==Create an order -> Click the Apply Coupon button -> Select a coupon in the pop-up window.

==If you are unable to select a coupon, please review the coupon's terms and conditions in "My Page - Coupon History."

==On the mobile app, if there are many coupons, the list may not be displayed all at once.

==Please check the coupon you want to use, scroll to the bottom, and click the "Confirm" button.

※ Please note that coupons may be offered when purchasing promotional items.

■ Details on app permission access

Following Article 22-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., we obtain user consent for 'app access rights' for specified purposes.

We ensure that only necessary access rights required for the service are provided.

You can still use the service even if optional access permissions are denied, as detailed below.

● Phone: Required upon first launch to recognize the device.

● Storage: Needed when you want to upload files, use a button, or display a push notification image while writing.

[Optional Access Information]

1.Android version 13.0 or higher

● Notifications: Necessary to receive push alerts.

[How to Withdraw Consent]

Go to Settings > Apps or Application > Select the app > Choose permissions > Opt for consent or withdrawal of access rights.

※ Note that if you reopen the app after withdrawing required access permissions, a prompt requesting permission will appear again.
