View the class timetable

Most of our gyms offer a variety of classes and these are all included in your membership! You can view the class times for your 'home' gym on your JD Gyms app. Just look for the calendar icon at the bottom. The timetables for each location can also be found on our website. If you are a JD Gyms PLUS+ member and are looking for the timetable of other gyms, you'll need to view these on our website. Please head to the 'view gyms' page here and select your gym location. Scroll down the page until you see a button which reads "download timetable".

Classes

All classes are included in the price of your membership! You do not need to book to attend our classes, just turn up! Please arrive in good time and head into the studio 5-10 mins before the class starts.

Wet facilities

JD Gyms do not offer pools or any wet facilities other than our showers. We do however have saunas at many of our locations, which are included in the price of your membership. You will find a list of facilities for each location on our website. If you'd like to check if your nearest gym has a sauna, please head to the 'view gyms' page here and select your gym location.

The equipment in our gyms

We pride ourselves on providing a wide range of equipment which caters for a huge variety of different exercise styles. We have large cardio sections, functional training zones, resistance machines, cable stations, plate-loaded equipment, lifting platforms and racks, huge free weights areas with dumbbells up to 50kg, and much more... The best way to find out what equipment your nearest gym has is to pop in for a tour.

Personal Trainers

All of our gyms have a number of qualified Personal Trainers, each with their own expertise and methods. If you’re thinking of having some PT sessions, please take a look at the PT board, which you will find on the wall inside the gym. Here you will be able to see PT profiles and contact details. If you need any advice, please speak to a Manager at your gym. Pricing will vary from one PT to the next, but as an estimate, sessions start at around £25 per hour.

Parking

The parking provision varies from one gym to the next, but we offer free parking wherever possible. Please check the location specific page on our website for your gym for more details. If in doubt, give us a call!
