As a family-owned establishment committed to the community, Jason's Deli operates over 275 locations across 28 states and is continuously expanding. Here, we carefully consider both the ingredients we include in our dishes and those we exclude. Now, you can enjoy that same delicious food even when you're on the move. Bypass the wait and place your order using the Jason's Deli App for convenient delivery and takeout!
We have recently enhanced our app to align with our updated online ordering platform. Upon launching the app post-update, you will be prompted to reset your password. Simply select “Forgot Password” to create a new one.
You will still accumulate new Deli Dollars while your current Deli Dollars remain secure in our Deli Dollar vault. Any existing Deli Dollars will be transferred during our forthcoming updates.
General FAQ
How do I login to my account?
Click “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner of the website. From there you will enter your email address and if you already have an account you will be directed to a page to enter your password. If you do not have a valid account, you will be prompted to create a new account.
How do I know if my order is submitted & received?
Jason’s Deli will always provide you an order number on your screen once your order is submitted. If you have not received an order number, continue through the checkout process until one is displayed. Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
Is there a delivery minimum or delivery fee?
Delivery minimums and delivery fees vary per location. Please contact your local store for details.
How do I remove items?
Click the shopping cart symbol to view your items, and then click the "trash can" icon located directly next the item.
Is my information secure?
Yes! All of your details, including your credit card details, are encrypted using industry-strength security and transmitted over a secure link to our servers.
Will I be able to pay by credit card?
Yes! We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Accepted credit cards vary based on location.
How do I update my credit card information?
Login to your account, click on your name in the top right corner and navigate to the payments button. You can delete the existing credit card that is showing. The next time you order at Jasonsdeli.com you may enter and save the new credit card information.
How do I view my previous online orders?
Login to your account, click on your name in the top right corner and navigate to the “History” button. From there you can scroll through and review your previous orders. Unfortunately, we were not able to transfer order history from the old system (Prior to Dec 2024). If you need a receipt, our Customer Service team can provide one for you. Please contact them at 409-838-1976 or customer.service@jasonsdeli.com.
I forgot my password. What can I do?

If you do not remember your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link and it will take you to a page where you reenter your email address so a password reset can be emailed to you.
