App Experience:
This unofficial Fortnite item assistant app allows players to check the daily updates and countdowns to new items in the item shop, as well as upcoming or revealed cosmetic items, without launching the game. It makes it easy to keep an eye on desired skins, emotes, and actions. The app also features five exclusive llamas that simulate the fun of opening loot boxes. Players can sell unused virtual items to earn currency and unlock new llamas, all completely free with no in-app purchases, providing an immersive experience of collecting various cosmetic items.
While these items are limited to in-app use and cannot be synced to the official game, and currently only supports Android devices, it's a convenient and fun tool for Fortnite fans who want to quickly keep up with the shop's updates and indulge in the loot box crate thrill.
FAQs:
### 1. Can items unlocked in this simulator be used in the actual Fortnite game?
No. All items in the simulator (such as costumes and pickaxes) are virtual data and exist only within the simulator. They cannot be transferred to a real Fortnite account. The app is clearly marked as "non-Epic app" and does not connect with the original game account. It is primarily for the fun of opening boxes, not for obtaining actual in-game items.
### 2. How many types of alpacas can be unlocked in the game? What items does each type unlock?
Currently, there are five exclusive alpacas, each corresponding to a type of decorative item: the Clothing Alpaca unlocks character costumes, the Action Alpaca unlocks character emotes, the Glider Alpaca unlocks glider skins, the Pickaxe Alpaca unlocks pickaxe skins, and the Package Alpaca unlocks item package skins. These items roughly correspond to the cosmetic categories in the original game, catering to different collecting preferences.
### 3. Does this simulator require payment? Are there any in-app purchases?
Based on the information currently available, the simulator itself is free, and the core "unboxing" gameplay doesn't require payment to unlock. There's currently no mention of in-app purchases (such as purchasing additional llamas). Players can earn virtual currency within the simulator by "selling unused items," which can then be used to unlock new llamas, all without spending any actual money.
### 4. Can this simulator be downloaded on iPhones?
Not yet. Currently, it's only available on Android, and the download channel is Google Play. Apple (iOS) users can't find this app on the App Store yet, and can only wait to see if the developer releases an iOS version.
### 5. Why is there a "copyright notice"? Is there any risk of copyright infringement using this simulator?
Loot Llama is a classic Fortnite element, and the related trademarks and assets are owned by Epic Games. The copyright notice on the simulator is intended to clarify its "unofficial, unauthorized" nature as a fan-oriented game, to avoid copyright disputes. Ordinary players using the simulator to experience the gameplay are not at risk of copyright infringement, and the risk is primarily borne by the developer.
