How does Instaclean work?

Instaclean helps you delete emails in bulk and block emails permanently using the ‘Bulk Delete’ and ‘Block Emails’ features. Additionally, you can also manually unsubscribe from unwanted senders. Instaclean employs a special sorting algorithm to identify the emails that are most likely to be deleted.

Failed to generate an application password?

Don’t worry if you couldn't generate the application password. Instaclean also gives you the option to manually generate it. Just follow the instructions carefully, which will help you generate the app password manually.

How does the ‘Bulk Delete’ option work?

Using the bulk delete option, you can delete emails by sender, labels, and size. You can also sort and delete emails by year and month in bulk. This doesn’t block future emails, it just deletes old ones.

How does the ‘Block Emails’ option work?

Using the block emails option, you can unsubscribe or block unwanted subscriptions permanently in bulk, so your inbox stays free from spam or phishing emails.

How to manually unsubscribe from emails?

The manually unsubscribe option is available in the menu named "Trash & Block," where you can enter or paste the email address that you want to block permanently.

Does Instaclean work with Outlook and Yahoo?

Yes, Instaclean works with both Outlook and Yahoo.

Can I view emails before blocking them in Instaclean itself?

Yes, of course. In the Block Emails option, click on any of your subscriptions to see the emails (preview) sent by them.

I get spam emails even though I block them. How do I overcome this?

In such cases, use the manually unsubscribe option, which is available in the menu under the "Trash & Block" option. You can just copy-paste the email address and click the "Trash and Block" button and it will be permanently blocked.

How to delete emails sent in 2012? (or sometime long in the past)

Click "Bulk Delete," and on the right side top, you will find the option to sort emails by year and month.

How to recover trashed or blocked emails?

Click the menu in the left-side top corner. To recover blocked emails, go to the "Unsubscribed Emails" option, select the blocked email, and keep it. To recover trashed emails, click the "Trashed Newsletters" and keep them.

Will my emails get permanently deleted?

Yes, if you delete an email that you feel is unwanted or junk, it will get deleted permanently.

What if I delete something by accident?

Users are notified twice before deleting their email or newsletter. According to our policy, the user cannot retrieve their deleted emails.
