IDOMil GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

IDOMil Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as 'IDOMil') is the world of digital solutions and personalized advantages offered to you, our valued guests, by İDO İstanbul Deniz Otobüsleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as 'IDO'), the address of fast, comfortable and safe travel, the operator and owner of all rights. While you accumulate İDOMil Points on your İDO International Line (Fast Ferry and Sea Bus) travels, İDOMil also offers you special campaigns and instant surprise discounts on contracted brands. İDO reserves the right to include contracted brands in İDOMil and to ensure that İDOMil Points are earned and spent through them. İDO has the authority to regulate İDOMil General Rules and Conditions and reserves the right to change these rules and conditions without assuming any responsibility and without notice.

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1. CAN BE A MEMBER

All real persons can be an individual İDOMil member. There is no age limit for individual membership.

1.2. INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS

Program membership begins when the person who wants to be an İDOMil member fills out the membership form from www.ido.com.tr and www.idomil.com.tr, İDO Mobile application and accepts these general terms and conditions. In addition, preliminary membership applications can be made while purchasing tickets from the ticket booths at our İDO terminals. Member candidates who complete the mandatory information for membership in the application form become active members by approving the İDOMil General Rules and Conditions sent to their mobile phones as a personalized SMS within 30 days via the link. By filling out the application form, it will be assumed that the İDOMil General Rules and Conditions have been read, understood and accepted by the applicant, without requiring the applicant's wet signature.

1.3. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

İDOMil members may terminate their memberships at any time, without any notice period, by applying through the following channels:

By applying via e-mail to info@ido.com.tr, from the e-mail address registered in our system, declared as required by the membership/transfer agreement,

By applying via e-mail to info@ido.com.tr, with an e-mail signed with the secure electronic signature of the member,

By filling out the Personal Data Protection Application Form on the www.ido.com.tr page; by applying in person, by notification through a notary public or by registered electronic mail (KEP).

In case of termination of İDOMil membership upon the member's request, the İDOMil Points accumulated in the account will be reset to zero.

1.4. VALIDITY OF IDOMIL RECORDS

Depending on these General Terms and Conditions, İDO is the sole authority for the management of İDOMil accounts, calculation of İDOMil Points, loading into the account and use.

2. İDOMIL POINTS

2.1. CALCULATION UNIT

İDOMil Points are the reward points earned by İDOMil members from İDO International Line (Fast Ferry and Sea Bus) travels. İDOMil Points are loaded into the member account within minimum 24 hours after the journey.

2.2. İDOMIL POINTS ACCOUNT

Each member has an İDOMil member account where the İDOMil Points they earn are recorded. İDOMil Points and İDOMil accounts are not transferable and cannot be combined with the İDOMil Points of other İDOMil members. İDOMil Points are spent as specified within İDOMil, cannot be converted into cash and no cash equivalent is given in return. In case of cancellation of İDOMil membership, İDOMil Points accumulated in the accounts are not refundable and cannot be converted into cash. İDO reserves all rights of disposition regarding the determination of the conditions of use of İDOMil Points. In case of death of the member, if the death certificate, inheritance certificate and notarized waiver indicating that the other heirs waive their rights are presented to İDO, the İDOMil Points of the deceased member are transferred to one of the heirs. Transferred İDOMil Points are valid as of the date they were first earned.

3. EARNING İDOMIL POINTS

The amount of İDOMil Points processed into the İDOMil membership account is determined according to the program conditions during the period when the activity that forms the basis of İDOMil Point earning is carried out. İDO has the authority to dispose of these conditions, and İDOMil Point earning and usage conditions can be changed unilaterally by İDO at any time.

3.1. EARNING IDOMIL POINTS IN INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIPS

IDOMil Points are earned from IDO International Line (Fast Ferry and Sea Bus) travels. The IDOMil Points earned are accumulated in the individual membership account. IDOMil Points are earned only from the tickets issued in the member's name, not from the total price of the PNR.

In order for IDOMil Points to be automatically transferred to the account, a ticket must be purchased by logging into the IDOMil membership with the mobile phone number and password on www.ido.com.tr and the IDO Mobile application, and then clicking on the "Buy Ticket" button. When purchasing a ticket from the ticket booths at IDO terminals, the mobile phone number of the IDOMil membership must be conveyed to the officer.

    Ido uygulamasında pek çok sorun yaşadım. Dönüş biletimi iptal ettiklerini öğrendim ama bu durum uygulamada görünmedi. Temsilciyi arayınca biletimi yeniden planladılar. Ancak sonrasında yine bilet görünmüyor. Bu durum beni çok strese soktu.

    Choosing a seat feels frustrating when it’s out of our control. Transparency about where you sit adds comfort. Automatic seat assignments make it challenging for customers.
