When it comes to information use, the app can be downloaded via 3G/LTE or Wi-Fi, though Wi-Fi access may be restricted in some secure areas. Rest assured, IBK Industrial Bank of Korea will never solicit your personal or card details. In case of transaction interruptions, clearing app cookies is advised. Also, for security, the app won't work on compromised devices, and issues on unsupported models can be addressed through customer support.

3.If an unexpected termination happens during a transaction, please proceed by clearing app cookies before attempting again.
4.The service cannot function on devices that have been compromised, such as those that have undergone jailbreaking or rooting, to ensure safe financial interactions. Please install and utilize the i-ONE Bank Mini app after fully resetting the device via the manufacturer's service center, among other options.

※ You may still use the service without consenting to optional permissions, but some features might be limited.
※ To adjust access permissions: Go to mobile settings > Application management > i-ONE Bank (mini) > Permissions
※ App permissions are categorized into essential and optional for devices running Android OS 6.0 or higher. If you are on a version below 6.0, selective permission granting isn’t available, so it's advisable to check if an upgrade to the OS is feasible. Furthermore, even after upgrading, existing permissions maintain their status; hence, you need to delete and reinstall the app to reset and configure permissions properly.
