Raw Turbot Steak

Difficulty: Medium Cooking Time: Within 1 hour Main Ingredients: Fish and Seafood

Ingredients (1 serving)

Raw Turbot Steak

1 piece of turbot body, appropriate amount of flour, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 15g unsalted butter, appropriate amount of salt

Spinach Side Dish & Lemon Butter Sauce

30g tender spinach leaves, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1/4 onion, 4-5 stalks of coriander, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of umeshu (plum wine), 15g unsalted butter, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, appropriate amount of black pepper

Cooking Steps!

STEP 1

Carefully remove the fins and residual blood from the turbot, marinate with salt for 2-30 minutes, then thoroughly drain the water and gently coat with a layer of flour.

Tips

Coating with flour before grilling can prevent residual water on the surface of the fish meat, avoid breaking the fish skin and meat, and also remove the fishy smell.
