    You know, I kept all my stuff for a few months using Photox to save all my photos. But today when I opened it, everything was gone. I really want my data back soon because those memories are really important to me, especially since I'm dealing with being far away from loved ones. I feel so let down because I didn't delete anything; there were hundreds of photos there. Once I get my data back, I might leave a positive review, but right now, getting my stuff back is the main priority. Please respond quickly because I really need those photos.

    Had a good experience with this app at first, but now they're asking for access to my phone and contact information. I'm not comfortable with that. Why do they need to know about my phone and identity? Also, I don't want the after-call menu feature.
